Coming Home: A Sound Bath & Meditation

Coming Home is a gentle, immersive experience designed to help your body shift out of stress and into deep rest. Through guided meditation, mindful breath awareness, and an extended sound bath, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system, releasing tension held in the body, and reconnecting with a sense of inner safety and ease.

As the sounds wash over you, the body is invited to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to remember what it feels like to feel safe, supported, and truly at home within yourself.

Whether you’ve been carrying stress, emotional heaviness, or simply feeling disconnected, Coming Home offers a nurturing space to rest, reset, and return to the part of you that already knows how to heal.
