New Moon Restore & Yoga Nidra

Join us for this special event led by Gail Sookey. This class will be half restorative yoga and half yoga nidra - the yoga for sleep.

Studies show that yoga nidra helps calm the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response), it helps bring balance to support immunity, digestion & stress management, and the practice of yoga nidra stimulates the pineal gland to release melatonin, which is an antioxidant & may help support blood pressure, cortisol levels & induce restful sleep.

New moon themes will be highlighted and integrated into the class's intention.
