New Moon Yoga Nidra Class

Experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation in our monthly New Moon Yoga Nidra class, led by Gail Sookey. Held on or close to the new moon, this soothing practice invites you to journey inward and achieve deep rest.

What to Expect:

In each session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through a series of gentle visualizations and breath techniques. You’ll settle into supported positions, allowing your body to release tension and stress accumulated over time.

As you embrace stillness, Gail will help you connect with the energy of the new moon, fostering a sense of reflection and intention-setting. This sacred time allows you to dive into your inner world, exploring feelings, thoughts, and aspirations, creating a space for healing and personal growth.

Each class is designed to enhance your well-being and promote mindfulness, making it a perfect opportunity to reset and align yourself with the natural rhythms of the moon.

  • Time: Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM

  • Frequency: Once a month, aligned with the new moon
