Partner Thai Yoga Massage Workshop

Join Carissa Calderwood, massage therapist, Thai Massage practitioner, and owner of Beloved Massage Therapy in Pittsfield, for an afternoon of connection, movement, and hands-on learning.

With more than a decade of experience, Carissa brings her knowledge and passion for Thai Massage to this interactive workshop. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at BCC, where she enjoys sharing her experience with aspiring therapists.

What to Expect

You and your partner will learn Thai Yoga Massage stretches and hands-on techniques to practice on one another. Carissa will demonstrate each technique and provide individualized guidance and support to partnered pairs throughout the workshop.

Together, you'll explore techniques designed to help release tension, encourage relaxation, and support the flow of energy—while creating an opportunity to connect and spend intentional time with your partner.
