Qigong Flow & Yoga with Jala
Beginning Thursday, January 8
This calming, slow-paced class blends gentle Qigong movements with mindful yoga stretches to help dissolve tension, release energetic blockages, and restore ease throughout the body.
We’ll begin with a standing Qigong moving meditation to quiet the mind, regulate the breath, and gently awaken circulation. From there, we’ll transition into a nourishing seated stretch sequence designed to support joint mobility, relaxation, and energetic flow.
Class concludes with a deeply restorative savasana, allowing time to fully unwind, integrate, and reset.
This accessible and soothing practice is ideal for all levels and leaves you feeling balanced, clear, and revitalized.
