Managing Our Vital Energy for a Calm and Balanced Life
An Ayurvedic Approach

Join world-renowned teacher of Ayurveda, Dr. Sunil Joshi, as he unravels the story of your energetic being, while providing simple tips to help you along the way. 

Vitality, enthusiasm, and inspiration are key to both our physical and mental wellness. Keeping a balance in modern life is a challenge. The ancient science of Ayurveda teaches us how to achieve balance in our lives, enabling us to thrive and be our best selves. There are core energies that are at play in our lives every day that can either bring balance or disharmony. We each have a special blueprint, but we all share many of the same universal components. This workshop helps break this down and teaches us why certain things make us feel good and why others make us feel bad. It will give us explanations and tools to find balance moving forward in our lives.

  • 2:15 - 3:30 PM: Vata Concepts

  • 3:30 - 4:00 PM: Tea Break - Herbs & Spices to Calm Vata

  • 4:00 - 5:30 PM: Individual Constitution Assessment

Sunday, June 22nd

  • 9:00 - 10:30 AM: Vata Dosha Continued

  • 10:30 - 10:45 AM: Movement Break

  • 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Foods to Balance Vata

  • 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Kitchari Meal

  • 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Take Home Plan

$350 for 10 Hours + Lunch on Sunday
