Meet the Instructor:
Chelsea Mitchell joins Anahata with a warm and authentic presence. A Pittsfield native and graduate of Radiance Yoga, she brings a deep passion for mental health and holistic well-being to her classes.
With over 15 years of experience as a social worker, Chelsea understands the importance of creating space to slow down, step away from the noise of daily life, and reconnect with the self. Her teaching reflects that mission - grounded, nurturing, and attuned to the needs of mind and body alike.
