Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditative practice that brings the body into deep relaxation while keeping the mind gently alert. Rooted in ancient yogic tradition, this powerful practice supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep rest. By entering a state between waking and sleeping, students are guided through body awareness, breath, and visualization techniques that promote healing, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Just 30-45 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel as restorative as several hours of sleep.
