This heart-centered Valentine’s Day Qigong class is a gentle, nourishing offering designed to support emotional balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
We’ll begin with a standing Qigong Flow, moving slowly and rhythmically to open the chest, support the heart and lung meridians, and encourage smooth, steady movement of qi throughout the body. The practice is accessible, grounding, and guided with an emphasis on listening inward rather than pushing or performing.
From there, we’ll transition into a guided self-massage practice while seated, offering intentional touch to the hands, arms, chest, neck, and face—areas closely connected to the heart pathway. This portion of the class invites softness, self-attunement, and care.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative Qi Nap, allowing the nervous system to settle and the effects of the practice to integrate through rest and stillness.
This class is open to all levels and requires no prior Qigong experience.
