Emergence: Yoga, Soundbath, & Meditation

Spring is the season of emergence—a time when what has been resting beneath the surface begins to rise. In this 90-minute journey of gentle yoga, meditation, and sound immersion, your authentic self is invited to emerge naturally from within, like a tender sprout unfurling from the soil.

This slow practice will help release tension and settle the nervous system. You’ll be invited to rest comfortably as the space fills with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. During a sound bath, instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments are played to create layers of sound that gently wash over the body. Rather than actively listening like a concert, you simply relax and receive the vibrations, allowing the tones to support deep rest, reflection, and energetic balance.

Sound baths are often experienced as deeply calming and meditative, helping quiet the mind and create space for inner clarity. As the sounds ripple through the room, many people find it easier to let go, soften, and reconnect with themselves.

This practice is open to all levels and requires no prior experience. Come as you are, bring a yoga mat or anything that helps you feel comfortable while resting, and allow yourself to be supported in a space of renewal, stillness, and gentle transformation.

Cost: $25 for the 90-minute session.
