There’s a steady, rooted version of you waiting to be embodied. Life Mastery is a six-week Kundalini Yoga series designed to cultivate the inner architecture for awareness, resilience, and creative power—helping you move through life with clarity and aligned action.
Using breathwork, kriyas, mantra, and meditation, each week offers progressive, embodied practices that tune your system from reactivity toward presence, expanded energy, and purposeful living. Each session concludes with a restorative gong bath and/or guided meditation to integrate the practice.
Each week, we will work with Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditative practices specifically chosen to:
• Calm and stabilize the nervous system
• Build emotional resilience and inner steadiness
• Respond with clarity and choice instead of reactivity
• Restore coherence between mind, heart, and body
• Cultivate emotional safety, self-trust, and grounded presence
Kundalini Yoga teaches that emotions are energy in motion—when guided skillfully, they become sources of insight, creativity, and strength rather than overwhelm.

This series is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Drop in anytime throughout the series. Come as you are. Leave with tools you can use long after the mat is rolled up.
