Join us for an Ayurvedic journey of self-care that will set you up to be your most healthy and productive self as you negotiate the transition of Summer to Fall. This workshop will provide you with recipes, a personal plan and a simple yoga practice to manage the effects of the seasonal transitions.
You will:
Learn the basic theory of the doshas with an emphasis on Vata dosha – the air dosha
Learn about some diet balancing tips and go home with some delicious recipes
Put a personal seasonal plan together that is suited just for you
Participate in and learn a simple yoga practice including cooling breathwork to ground the Vata dosha and transitional season of autumn.
